What we believe

Here's something every community can agree on. The people closest to a problem have the best ideas for solving it.

Hi, we're R3SET.

Built in Pittsfield, for communities like yours.

We started R3SET Agency in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 2021 as a cooperative, so the people doing the work share in what it builds. ID3A Jam came out of our own community work in Berkshire County, where we kept seeing good programs stall for lack of real input and real buy-in.

[One or two lines in your own voice about why you started, like Vinh's "I started as a magician. Seriously."]

Good questions,

Before your first Jam.

Our promise

[Your guarantee, e.g. if the Jam doesn't produce usable insights, we run a follow-up session at no cost.]

Why not just run a survey?

Surveys tell you what people pick from your options. A Jam lets them propose options, discuss tradeoffs and vote, so you get the numbers and the reasons behind them. People who helped design a plan also show up to support it.

How many people do we need?

A Session works with [N–N] participants. The Accelerator brings several groups together across a series of Jams. We help you recruit the right mix.

Can it run online?

Yes. Jams run in person, online or hybrid, and the data capture works the same way in each.

What does it cost?

The ID3A Jam Academy is $3,000 and trains your own team to run Jams. Sessions start at $[X] and the Accelerator starts at $[X]. The final price depends on the number of sessions and participants.
